i love it when...

.... hubs creeps up from outta nowhere, hugs me from behind and starts necking me non stop. It tickles me so much but I LOVE IT!

.... i see my children enjoying and relishing their food (and i know for a fact hubs loves watching this too!)

.... it rains non stop, especially when days when i get to sleep in.

.... the overwhelming feeling that I had earlier when i found out the older one's lower front tooth is slightly shaky and that his new adult tooth is already cutting through the surface of his gums ( it seemed like it was only yesterday that i delivered him into this world! oh golly! before i know it, he'll soon hit puberty and his voice would start to crack! )

.... when i'm thinking of my family or friends and the next thing you know, the phone rings, lo and behold, its the exact voice that you wanna hear that's on the other line!

.... the kiddos have a great day at school and come home with stories non-stop about whose birthday it was, who cried at school and who bought what for show-and-tell!

.... just the four of us (hubs, kids and me) go to the movies and overdose on the popcorn whilst having our feet crossed up on the plush seats at Golden Village cinema. ; ))

.... dinner turns out better than i expected!

.... the weather goes according to my plans!

.... we are on time for mass or when I am on time for my facial, pedicure appointment and massage!

.... i get to eat mom's cooking each time i'm there for a visit. believe you me when i say this. its as if she knows exactly when i am coming coz each time she'd cook the exact food that i'd be craving that day without me telling her. Coincidence? i dont think so.

.... i get to eat comfort food when i'm feeling the blues or when i'm stressed by pure coincidence. Especially when hubs or my friends indulge me. yes! i'm absolutely 'manjah' that way!!

.... and i especially love it when hubs arrives on the wee hours of the morning from a business trip and comes straight back home and jumps onto bed only to cuddle up with me (just like he did this morning!) AND THE REST IS CENSORED XXX ;))))))))))

Good Morning Starshine...

.....that was how I started the morning today. Sprang outta bed at 6.45am, switched on ALL the lights in the house and greeted the family with this fave one liner of ours at home at the moment (must be an overdose of watching Willy Wonka)...it goes exactly like this...."GOOD MORNING STARSHINE!!! THE EARTH SAYS HELLOOOO!!!"

Ethan, through his grouchy-not-a-morning-person-face was trying really hard not to smile. Chloe, though as sleepy as she was, was in stitches and the hubs, oh-my-lovely husband had his face buried under the pillow as given a choice, he really does not want to see light of day before 7am weekdays, 10am weekends!!

And to you (YES ALL YOU 6 FAITHFUL SILENT READERS!), I am still around and kicking! Will reach out for the magic duster to dust off the cobwebs that's been accumulating in Baublesbanglesandbeads soon okay???

Ethan's first sleepover!

Ok, ok. Sorry for the late post people as much as happened and i had my hands (and legs!) full. Pictures above were taken during Ethan's first sleepover at Aunty Annie's new studio apartment last month.

Annie's beloved 3 nephews kept her company on her first weekend at her new cool apartment. Gabriel, Ethan and Matt were more than willing to spend quality time with their fave auntie Annie. Who wouldn't, she had the works...wii and dslight and what have you!

ps. For some reason, I can't seem to make the pictures larger. Click on the individual picture for a clearer view. First collage shows the boys settling down upon reaching Annie's place. Next collage showed the boys bright up and early with one thing in mind....PLAYING THE WII!!! And finally, last but certainly not least, Annie took them to MacDonald's for brekkie before sending them home.
