The last time hubs and me took a plane ride for a-dirty-romantic-just-the-two-of-us-weekend to Bali was exactly two years ago. Gosh! It was a short plane ride but the turbulence made it seemed like we were stuck up in the sky forever!
I don't quite look forward to long haul flights but just the thought of rest and relaxing and yes, SHOPPING is making me giddy with excitement!!!! (TOPSHOP, MISS SELFRIGES, WAREHOUSE, MARKS and SPENCER...OMIGOSH!!! I am having heart palpitations already!) This time round, the kids, mom and a cousin will be joining us as we make our trip to the English capital of London.
Lotsa tears will be expected when we touch down as mom hadn't seen her beloved brother (who resides there) in over 30 years. And the kiddos are just as excited to meet their granduncle Mike. One of the hippest and sweetest uncle ever!
Thousand apologies all, would love to blog more but right now, I'm gonna have to get back to packing! Oh Blimey! There just seems endless of things to bring with my skincare and MAC stash occupying almost half the luggage! Yes dear, I promise to go through them again and see if I need all 10 eyeshadows! I find myself saying this more than 3 times already in the last two hours!
Okay folks, take care y'all and see you when I get back ;)
PS. Remember good old Mr Brown and gang from the British comedy Mind Your Language? It was the first thing British that came to mind when I was thinking up a title for this post. That was my one of our fave family-sit-in-front-of-the-tv-together sitcoms way back when I was about what, 11 years old. Mr Brown's hilarious lot of varied students from all nationalities had us in stitches week after week. It is what Mr Bean is to my kiddos these days :)
